Can I change my order? Unfortunately we are not able to make any changes or cancel orders once they as placed as the packing process begins immediately after the order being made.

What is AFTERPAY?  Afterpay is an interest free payment plan option that we offer on all of our Australian orders. For more information please view our Afterpay info page.

Do you wholesale / stock to online/instore boutiques? Yes we sure do! For more information please view our wholesale info page.

How long will it take for my order to arrive? Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed, and then 3-5 business days for your order to arrive within Australia and around 10-15 business days for International once posted. During sale events or within 3 days of a new collection launch there may be delays on shipping, we truly appreciate your patience during these times.

Can I return or exchange my purchase? If sizing is an issue we can exchange full price products only (within 1 month of purchase, excluding postage costs) however are unable to refund your order. Please contact us via email if you need more information and before returning anything.

What do I do if I receive a faulty or incorrect item? Please email us ASAP with your order name and number, and we will arrange a replacement or refund for you. For a faulty item, we request that you also include a photo of the fault.

How do I use a discount code? After you have added all the items to your cart, please proceed to checkout. You will then have the option to add your discount code to your order. Please note, only one discount code can be redeemed per order.
